Description
PENDIENTE TRADUCCIÓN REVISADA·EN derived from canonical Spanish — awaiting native-speaker review.
Nariño is one of Colombia's highest coffee regions. Above 2,000 metres, cold temperatures slow the ripening of the fruit and concentrate its sugars — the result is a vivid acidity, marked sweetness and exceptional cup clarity.
This coffee is produced by a cooperative founded in 2011, working in direct relationship with its growers and sharing values and processes. Organic certified.
Selective hand-picking. Aerobic fermentation. Open-air drying.
