Description
PENDIENTE TRADUCCIÓN REVISADA·EN derived from canonical Spanish — awaiting native-speaker review.
Sidama is one of Ethiopia's most emblematic coffee regions. At nearly 2,100 metres, Heirloom varietals — the native Ethiopian varieties — yield coffees of a floral and citric complexity that is difficult to find at any other origin.
This coffee is produced by an exporting family with more than twenty years of experience in the Bensa region. They began as two brothers growing coffee and today work alongside affiliated farmers across the region, keeping the estate family-owned and retaining direct control over every lot.
Hand-picked. Aerobic fermentation. Open-air drying.
